David has been a certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for over 18 years. He loves working with personal training clients and athletes. David recently relocated back to the Okanagan where he strives to create a positive impact to help people become the greatest version of themselves.
For his personal training clients, David specializes in body transformation and helping people live active lifestyles through training and nutrition. On the athletic side, he specializes in short distance acceleration and power to help athletes dominate their sport.
