
Tad has been passionately training and impacting the lives of a multitude of people for over 20 years. Varying in age from 10 to 80, he has helped clients achieve goals ranging from ACL rehab and body composition change, to preparing elite athletes for university, professional, and international competition. He believes wholeheartedly that exceptional training and therapy can produce a profoundly positive, life-changing experience.
Tad attended Big Bend Community College in Washington on a baseball scholarship earning team MVP, a first team All-Conference award, and the Seattle Mariners NWAACC baseball scholar-athlete award. He continued his baseball career and educational pursuits at Lewis-Clarke State College in Idaho, where he was awarded the baseball scholar-athlete award and graduated with a degree in kinesiology. Tad also holds a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning through St. Mary’s University in London, England.

Training Interests
Tad is incredibly passionate about assisting in the development of athletic potential. He has worked with high school, university, and professional athletes in a variety of sports including hockey, baseball, basketball, football, rugby, lacrosse, golf, rock climbing, dance, snowboarding, alpine skiing, and mogul skiing. Most notably, Canadian National Team mogul and skeleton athletes, and professional athletes in baseball, basketball, and soccer.
