Meet Ocean: Registered Massage Therapist
Ocean Sherman grew up in Kitimat, BC and completed her Registered Massage Therapy training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon. She takes a practical and supportive approach to treatment, focusing on helping people move with less pain and more confidence.
Ocean enjoys working with athletes and active individuals, as well as those managing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, or seeking relaxation and stress relief. She aims to understand the root cause of discomfort and tailor each session to her clients’ needs and goals. Ocean believes that education, movement, and hands-on care work together to support long-term health and wellbeing.
