Josh Mowbray – Athletic Trainer & Kinesiologist

Josh grew up in Gibsons, BC and attended university in Nanaimo, BC, where he played baseball for the VIU Mariners. Josh eventually hung up the cleats to focus on his studies and become an avid golfer.

Josh decided to pursue training/coaching during his 3rd year of university, when he received his personal training certification through CSEP. Josh’s developing passion for helping people achieve their goals lead to him starting an online health & fitness coaching business. He specialized in building muscle, gaining strength, improving physique, creating healthy habits, enhancing mental health, & providing nutritional guidance. Josh was able to help 100+ individuals achieve their goals and see their full potential. 

Now, Josh targets athletic training for golf & baseball players, injury rehabilitation/strengthening, and improving general health & fitness. Josh strives to help anybody from a beginner looking for a place to start, to an athlete wanting to excel in their sport. Whatever your goals may be, Josh will provide a program that is personal, successful, and enjoyable to you.
