Born and raised in the Okanagan, Jessie grew up living a very active lifestyle playing a variety of competitive sports including; basketball, volleyball, boxing, crossfit and olympic weightlifting. This led her to pursue her passion for health and fitness by completing a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 2018 from The University of British Columbia Okanagan, and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in Australia in 2021.
While in school Jessie worked as a personal, group and sport specific trainer helping her clients to reach their goals. Since becoming a physiotherapist she has worked with an array of demographics in orthopedic rehab, sports injuries, post-operative care and chronic pain management. Her journey into physiotherapy began with a strong desire to help individuals regain their mobility, reach their full potential and liv healthier lives.
Practicing a holistic approach Jessie works to discover the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms that may arise. She provides patient centered care that is individualized with a strong focus on getting you back to doing the things you love.
