Aldrich grew up in Vancouver, BC and had the opportunity to play both football and basketball for multiple universities across Canada. Ultimately, he chose to attend UBC Okanagan where he set numerous records playing varsity basketball and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. He also played one season with the Okanagan Sun during which he set the franchise record for most interceptions in a game.
Aldrich’s passion is enabling and empowering people to achieve their goals. Whatever journey a person may be on – whether it be an athlete with aspirations in their sport, an individual wanting to lose weight, someone rehabilitating from injury – their goal becomes his.
